Q: What is the custom apparel order process from start to finish ? 

A: Step 1: Contact us through the form on our home page.

Step 2: We will reply to your inquiry. Once you approve to move forward, we will need your hi-res artwork and will create a digital proof of your shirt to review. (Accepted File Formats: jpg, tiff, eps, psd, pdf.) Please set your graphic to the exact size you would like it printed.

Note: If additional image editing or design work is needed above and beyond the regular set-up process, then an art fee may apply. 

Step 3: Once the mock-up is approved we will then need payment to begin print production.

Step 4: Your t-shirts are delivered! 

Q: Art guidelines?

A: All art must be hi-quality 300dpi set at the size you would like it printed. Artwork file should be in vector format. File types accepted: .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .ai, .png. If you are not sure about your artwork, we can review it and work with you to make sure you get the highest quality output.

Q: Can I print the same design on different colored shirts?  

A: Yes you can! You can have many different colored shirts for one order as long as the colors that are being printed don't change. 

 

Q: I don't have completed artwork... can I still order shirts? 

A: YES! We are professional designers with over 20yrs in the creative industry. We can definitely work with you to build your design from the ground up. Any basic art clean-up or simple modifications that take 20 minutes or less are free. Art fees may apply for work above and beyond the call of cleaning. We can work with anything from a Photoshop file to a pencil sketch.

Q: How fast can I have my shirts? 

Q: I ordered spirit wear and my shirt is to small, can I exchange it for another size or receive a refund?

A: Normal turnaround time is between 12-14 business days from when down payment is received.

A: Sorry, all sales are final and non refundable or exchangeable. The Spirit Wear Program is a fundraising event for the school and is a preorder based program. We only produce the exact quantities ordered. To help with sizing, we include a sizing chart with each product detail section when ordering. Face Masks: For health and safety reasons, all face masks are also not returnable or exchangeable.
